Event Terms and Conditions 

Event tickets

  1. Each RTA member is entitled to redeem one dinner ticket.
  2. To utilise the free member ticket type your organisation must be a financial member at the time of the booking, and at the time of the event. Any free member tickets tickets identified as non-financial members will be cancelled. These tickets are not transferable to non-members but can be transferred at any time to an employee of the member firm.
  3. All member complimentary registrations or paid registrations providing for member discounts will need to be done via the website www.regtech.org.au under the event link. You must be attached to your membership to access member tickets. Please contact your account administrator to ask to be attached to the account.
  4. Additional member ticket discounts are offered to fully financial members of The RegTech Association for tickets other than the one complimentary (outlined in item 1) but will be subject to 10% GST irrespective of where the member is domiciled. See registration types for more details.
  5. Member discounts are offered only to fully financial members of the RTA at the time of booking, and the event.
  6. Non-members may purchase tickets at full price offered. Non-members may receive periodically offered discounts but may be restricted in the number able to be purchased. All registrations are subject to 10% GST irrespective of where the registrant is domiciled.
  7. All registrations purchased must be done online with a credit card and settled prior to the event. We are unable to offer alternative payment arrangements and cannot hold places for unpaid registrations. You will receive a tax invoice during the online transaction.

Free seating

  1. The event is free seated except where there are clear reserved signs in place.

Refunds

  1. No refunds can be offered after 15 days before the event. We accept substitutions up to three days in advance. All registrants must be registered on our database. We cannot accept walk-ins.
  2. We may charge a processing fee if a refund is required. We are unable to offer part refunds.

General

  1. All registrations purchased must be done online with a credit card and settled prior to the event. We are unable to offer alternative payment arrangements and cannot hold places for unpaid registrations. You will receive a tax invoice during the online transaction.
  2. We reserve the right to change the date, timing, speaking line up, format and location as we see fit.
  3. We will record the event with photography, video and other means as we see fit.
  4. Members of the media may attend the event.
  5. Terms and conditions of sponsorships are outlined in each individual agreement.
